My first ban on CA???

Just got CSM1 at 6am this morning and worked so hard. I just woke up about an hour ago, only to find out my account is suspended from playing.

'Your account has been suspended from playing due to violation of Terms of Service. If you would like to appeal this ban contact Customer Support." -- or something like that.

Is that ban PERM, or temp, or how do I find out?

I want to know why I was banned because I don't use any hacks, I just use chams but I don't make it noticeable at all.
Last time I hacked on that account was at MSG 1.
