I need help with public hack

I downloaded it and did everything the page said.I have windows vista and it still saying cannot inject dll file i have done it several ways i dont have a virus protector or firewall on.Can someone explain to me why it wont work

ok... right click on the pub hack icon go to properties go to compatibility and check mark run capable or w/e and select windows xp pack 2 and also at bottom check mark run as administrator and then run the hack and game
