i need help

i cant start combat arms because there is a hack tool detected so i turned off al the tools and it still says there is a hack tool so then i just removed all my hax out of the combat arms folder and tryed again and i got the same bs hack tool has been detected so then i reinstalled the game with no hax or tools and started again same thing but this time it gives me this hack tool detected at this location (Unknown (0x10000009)) please help i dont even know what hack tool that is
