Not very specific.. If it's not responding or stopped working it could be any number of things. do you have an exact error code? If so just try Google most of those code have been resolved before so you have a chance at a simple solution elsewhere.

Are you trying to run it with hacks? If yes try without using it, still don't working, see if you don't have any updates to download and install
