How to disable building/destroying

I've see in another server that nobody can destroy something or build new things. If you know how to set-up, please say it to me.

Make sure you have a bukkit server, permissions, and maybe additional plugins.

add permissions plugin
in the files where all groups is look under default (all new users that conecct)
and put build to false, then no players that aint moved into another group cant build on the server

Get FakePermissions, Permissions 3.1.6, use BukkitPermissions, GroupManager and things of that type.
And Youtube is noob :P
Everytime I see someone go to Youtube, they follow the EXACT instructions, even though it is configured for someone else's server.
And other noobs think they are doing something right just because Youtube told them to.
