No you can't, you can't simply make up your own rules. That would be abusing your rights. An Emod's rights is created when the game isn't even started. If I said, "No Flash" before the game than that is my rule. But if someone is using a spec and I didn't like that, I can't say. "No Spec" during the middle of the game. That's unproper sportsmanship.

Second, 'stop hiding' is retarded, no offense. But I am not going to stand or run in the open. I hide a lot and do ambush, if you don't like it, don't do a direct battle with me.

Saying you can QQ because of your game, showed that you're unable to follow your own rules and thus can't even play the game properly.

Lol, modding is not hacking... it's modding. Texture modding fucking makes your gun look different, does that affect gameplay whatsoever? No. I didn't even fucking use texture mods in that game since I just reinstalled CA due to an error. Just get good bro, don't cry about it.
