What could I do to help me not lag whilst I record? I can record Mw2 without lagging aswell.

Depending on whether you have triple or dual channel you might want to go for 6/12 or 8 gigs, but it won't really affect recording speeds, I can record ~60 fps when I have hella less than 4 gigs available for my game + fraps (at times I even have two games open + a shitload of programs)

not a big deal...
i have 4GB for 32-bits PC
and 8 GB for 64-bits

didnt make any difference when i upgraded to 64-bits...

mmm did you know that bo requires a better graphics card than mw2 hard to beleive but yes.

fps comparison: nvidia gtx 450

bo: 85 fps (extra graphics settings)
mw2: 91 fps (whilst recording on high settings)

You probably would not know this, but MC requires a lot more system resources than you would think, seeing as how its pretty badly optimized.
