So i signed for AT&T a while back since it was cheaper,i was sad to leave Cox since it was such a good service,i found out that my family isnt qualified and canceled the order,but then a month later they send the modem even though i cancelled it.I look through and the only usless stuff i saw was packaging info so i threw it away,now we finally got a guy to come up to where i live and set it up since we had a different phone service at the time,im trying to activate it but it says i need a key,a key that was on the PACKAGING INFO.I know that's my fault but seriously what the fuck,i found out that they ONLY have the number on that piece of paper and they didnt even give you a notification in the box to keep or check that paper for the letter.So i call custormer service and instead of getting nice devoted people,I get a quiet indian woman.Of course she doesnt do anything but repeat the same thing,"i cant check your account without an account number",when i keep telling her that's what i need.So fuck you AT&T and your shitty ass support.
