Two towers glitch?

Any1 knows this glitch , please tell me how to it or a video of it.

I saw someone floating in the water and going outside the map and he was killing some peoples from there. He was on Alpha team. He would still die if people saw him I think. He didn't had godmode and NO he didn't turn of his modem or something to do with internet because he was killing peoples from there which means his connection was still on. He said it was a glitch not OPK..

is that a new glitch or what?

P.S. I checked youtube and google and all I found was the one where you turn of modem and every1 freezes. It didn't happen for him because he was still online and killing ppls..
