I can assure you he does not have the "full package," but he's good and can do more.
If that was the full package i would have stayed using that style
that would be the reason why i go to GFX forums

his text needs work since they stick out and don't seem to fit so well w/ the sigs, color since it's really rainbow-ish in most, use the C4Ds a little more efficiently, flow, depth, lighting, etc. :O

I never said he was "the full package". Indeed, he does need work. But so does everyone else. Everyone has their own specific style and need their own improvements. That in no way means he doesn't deserve to be on the GFX team. He's good, he's active (now), and he's willing to do what he needs to. Jo3 can stay, I think they both should be in the team. What you should do is warn Jo3 and tell him he should be more active or he's out.
