Buying a Laptop or desktop

So my computer is a piece of shit for combat arms and well my birthday is coming up so i'm going to have up to 600 dollars to purchase anything i want and i want a computer for gaming and works efficient
so here are 2 computers i was thinking of and if anyone suggests or has anything they recommend please post it here
Pretty much i just want something that runs combat arms real smooth with fast loading and leaving , start up and for recording.
