Etnies = just as ugly
Nike SB = yes, do want.

Zoo York = some are ugly. some are nice. the bulky ones are shit, but the smaller ones are good
Haggards or middletowns are nice. i got these a year ago, very comfortable

Lakais = yes, most of their shoes are beauties, no doubt
DC = I would say only 1/15 of their shoes are worth wearing.... the designs are horrible.

Supra doesn't really have any unique design, but they offer good protection for skating and they're pretty hardy.

Emerica isn't the strongest, nor do they offer the most protection but they have some really unique designs. People get these if they don't care about the grip, just the looks.

I've skated for almost 3 years. I think I know my skate shoes. Supras are shitty for skating. Now, that could be just me. Everyone likes their own shoes. It's not like there's ONE single brand that's good for skating for everybody. Some people like skating in Vans, some people don't. Some people like skating in DC's, some people don't. Some people like skating in Lakai's, some people don't. And I could keep going, but I think you get my point. Atleast I hope you do.
