Black Hisec Keys/Cases

Ok so i got like 40 black keys .

1) My Question is where can i find the cases ?
i played alot of games but the rarely drop =_= .

2)also is there some sort of trick to get a bigger chance of getting a 90day/perm weapon out of the cases ?

3)Also how many of you got something permanent out of it ?

the best way to find cases is go in a full room that has 140 kills or bombing run. The best way to get cases is case opk. which supercarz made in operation screwover ca. I dont know about any tricks or if there is any.

I hate finding them damn cases. Good luck finding a lot. There aren't really any tricks to make your chances higher though.

ya there is oma gives most and open case right when someone gets a perm and you will
