Petition to ban a few chooblings

Okay, after the MPGH Pub-Lick One point Oh Fizive came out, more choobs just start spamming the forum. All these choobs do is post one random crap like, "LOL, ME TOO!" and then go on happy with the public hacks.
My solutions:

-Ban choobs that are inactive on the forums over 2 weeks.
-Start to ban choobs who just post random crap to get 1 post.
-Start hiring more test moderators, to delete posts regarding useless crap.
-Begin stealing pieces of lingerie from innocent people (E.I. SheGotIt AkA Emily AkA Emilizow) until the matter is dealt with. >:O
