Re-Download the REACTOR.
It may be corrupted, altough the game stills there.

i use reactor only because of that lots of times it goest to errors and stuff just download reactor and forget about steam

I allready did that, infact, I did it about 12 times, always the same error. Re-downloading doesn't seem to fix the problem.

And that happens when I Download and install/reinstall it.

Actually, I was browsing their forum and I found a post that said even the ijji team can't figure out what this error means, I don't know if it's true tho...

Wow. This is the toughest problem I've ever seen for IJJI. Maybe its not available in your area ?
