Papa server roulette

So last night, I was playing on my mules to rank them to ssg and I'm kot sure if it was a new event or something, there were nx items and gp guns in the roulette. Is it a new event for every server or has it been there for only papa server? Thanks

Never noticed that, I play Papa to rank easily and I've never seen it.
