workout tips from mpgh?
Anyone got a planned out exercise they use everyday for at home use?
(no equipment except for a pull up bar)
I have one that I use, but i wanna see others too and see what else there is and if its better or not. :P
Sadly I have no cardio or leg workouts. I might add those in later.
Btw I am not exercising just to stay fit, trying to get some bulk and and strength for my abdomen, upper body (including back and shoulders)

workout tips from mpgh?
Every morning I wake up and do 20 situps every 3 minutes for 30 minutes (ends up being 200). Then I do the same for push ups. Then I drink a protein drink.
Edit: I drink half of it, then the other half at night. I do the same amount of pushups and situps at night.
That's all I do on my own, I have different workouts for my school Basketball.

I work out everyday, but I have gym membership. =/
I suggest you do push ups and crunches. Run outside for at least 20 minutes.
Sit on mpgh and click all day.
Finger workout
I recommend Calisthenics if you don't plan on weight training.
If you get on a decent regiment you'll be ripped in no time.
Should see results in about 6- 8 weeks.
20 pushups every 3 minutes?
I used to do 10 pushups every 1 minute for an 60 minutes. but then that got easy and I had to do things and I wandered onto another workout that wasn't so time consuming and I got the same results.
As for situps, I do like a set of these weird situps. 20 reps every 2 minutes for like 10 minutes.
