Ok, so i was hacked or something.
Stupid Vindictus.
I logged out for like 2 days. Log in all my chacters are deleted.
Which means i lost like 97mil.
a lvl 70 Lann
a lvl 31 karok
and a lvl 23 evie.
If someone knows how to recover this stuff please tell me,
or if your giving away an account May i possibly have it please.

Like they said, check your server. East vs. West makes a huge difference.
If you are on the correct server, make sure you didn't log in with a wrong account by accident. I have 4 test accounts that are blank, waiting for future use. One day I kept logging into one of them without realizing it, and was getting frustrated that I couldn't find my characters.

Get into the habit of checking the server you log into. Happened to me before, and my IP changes at time so I'd get a bit surprised that there is no characters D:

Logging in through the website sometimes puts you through to the wrong server. Always log in through the game itself.

I also have this problem, I know I am in the right server plus i only have one account so i know I am using the right account, but whenever i login it forces me to create another character even though I already made one, any solutions?
plus, I reinstalled it and it didn't work
