Same here though i use 5 moddelers including max.

C4D has the easiest interface for a noob user that really is noob, and so I recomment it to start, did better to me than others. This is m opinion though.

C4D doesnt but out like most software... others consume a shitload more power yet the same quality will be made eitherway. though i want to grab a hold on maya soon for my anime characters... since c4d doesnt make me happy with thar kind of moddels. (or 3ds/milkshape)

I think Maya is harder to master. But yeah move on to it, youll probably succeed in it.
But Ill stick to c4d cuz its pretty good for cars, thats whan I am best at, so ill be cool with it.

I'd stick to Autodesk 3D Max for myself.
Coz for programs like those, they are costly.
At my school, since we payed thousandish for it. Any student can use it for free as long as it's not for making money etc.

Sure, after I finish my project, I will do so. just please PM me with the image of one blade of ur choice. I pretend to finish my project today and then I might start modeling ur sword.
