1.First run Start>All Programs>Accesories>System Tools>Disk Defragment
2.Select The Drives You wish to Defragment(Make Sure you save your programs :O)
3.Let the Program Defragment Your Drives [May take of couple of hours depending on how big your drive or OS is.]
4.View Results [If You see no Changes Were Made move on to Section 2.

<Section 2>Tune-Up Utilites 2008
1.First head on over to TuneUp America - TuneUp Utilities 2008
2.Scroll Down and Click on Download Free Trial
3.When Download is Done follow dirrections on screen
4.In Tune up CLick on Free Up Disk Space(Really helps
5.WIll Take a few Minutes For System to Clean it self
6.Results Should be execellent[Were for me ]
7.If You experience No Postive Results Head on Over to section 3

<Section 3>
1.Head on Over to "My Computer"
2.Click on Uninstall Programs
3.Uninstall Some Programs You dont Need
4.If You see no Results I have no Idea :S

The internet will tell your upload-download speed from this you can work out your Internet Connection you work this out by the download results

2000kb/s=2mb
3000kb/s=3mb
4000kb/s=4mb etc etc
it also tells your i.p address (Internet Protocol) which is different for every computer its a string of numbers which indentify's a computer for example:123.45.67.89 it makes the police/cops easyier to track somebody down if doing illegal stuff, dial up is beta for doing illegal stuff because your i.p changes every time you dial which makes it more anonymous
