well it's kinda tricky to do.

first thing you have to do is find an angle where you could insert a little bit of your arm.

I've done this at the blue respawn point at first rock left side.

I alternately crouch then forward and knife. so i do that three over and over again till i get inside . but if you do.. your screen will be shaky.

I still finding where to glitch at the middle though.

@patrixer no glitch at the middle... its only the effect of the hack called *Magneto* Other will see your body Under the Map but.. you'll see you are moving but invisible and all the characters is in the middle of the map and its compressed.. you can kill only the enemy couz your team mates is also there compressed with the enemy.. >.>
