Instructions:: As easy as 1 2 and 3

1. Press Compile Hack
2. Find Flameswor10 Pub.dll (IT's in the folder where the .exe is)
3. Inject that w/ PerX (or your preferred injector.)

Features:

NX Chams: Lets you see enemies through walls
No Spread & No Recoil: Allows you to shoot your gun without it moving. Your bullets also fly straight where the crosshair is shooting. (Works with Shotgun and Sniper Sway + Spread)
xHair & oHair: Shows a crosshair or a circlehair
No fog: Disables fog. (useful for Snow Valley)
Fly: Allows you to fly (press space)
Activation: Allows you to pickup weapons, activate doors from far away. and pickup SuperSoldier boxes.
Radar: Shows you the positions of the enemies and team on a Radar.

Hotkeys:

Insert = Open/Close Menu
Space = Fly (Press jump, then press alt to fly up. it is controlable tehe)

in the folder it just has the pub loader and when i rune it and hit compile hax it says dll missing.

all the pub loader does is download the .dll (the hack file) which you then inject using any injector. I don't understand why it would need any .dll

it might be that your .NET framework is outdated or installed improperly. If you have latest version try uninstalling the .NET framework and reinstalling it again.
Or it might be from the runtime. Here is a link that might help you:

Pub Loader is the file which you download from the attachment on the first page. Its the program which has the hack that you need to inject to the Engine.exe
