For the last few months, my computer had been hacked by an unknown user. I have changed all my computer passwords, and I moved on to Combat Arms when I noted my account was banned. I then figured out that the hacker must have hacked on my Combat Arms account. I was very annoyed. I would never hack a game because that takes out all the fun from playing. I always kick hackers from my games. Also, while looking at my profile, I saw that most of my GP was spent. The person who hacked my computer must have used all my GP to gift himself. I hope that you will unban my account because I was very depressed that all my NX and time was wasted due to one computer virus which led to a hacker hacking my computer. Thank you for reading my ticket and I hope you take my problems into consideration.

Their reply:I sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation and thank you for your patience. I'm sure this is very unsettling for you, and I can imagine how much you miss playing Combat Arms. Please be aware that we have implemented additional security measures meant to investigate players who are using malicious 3rd party programs. Unfortunately, our reports indicate that you were found in violation of our Terms of Use by using one of these programs, and therefore, caused your account to be restricted.

We have decided to give you a chance to prove to us that you can play fair. This is an extremely rare chance to prove to us that you have the integrity and honor of a true soldier. Please make sure to protect your account more securely.

In order to prevent this issue from occurring again, we strongly recommend that you reinstall Combat Arms. Please be sure that all of your client files are fully uninstalled before reinstalling the new client. Updated client files can be found on our "Game Downloads" webpage at:

Additionally, please be sure to regularly run a Virus/Spyware scan on your system to make sure that it is clean. Malicious programs can interfere with the game and compromise the security of your account.

What is Code 0? They banned 1 of my accounts (old 2008 account) and They banned a primary account (I don't know what its name was, also from 2008) I got a new account, but ppl always say they reporting me for hacks i'm not using: chams, (I use radarhack)
