In theory, the sg556 is superior. Personally, I prefer the m416cqb, but that's mostly because I've had it for 2 years and know how to use it effectively. Hell, if you stuck with the m16 that long you could argue for it.

Mark II, it has Higher Damage, and about the same recoil, pop An iTech on that Bitch, and its like no recoil.
