The only way you end up on the Blacklist is if people have solid proof. And keep in mind it has to be 3+ Reports with solid proof to end up on the blacklist. Its about time if you ask me.

Ravallo or the minions/admins would've reviewed the reports and if they decided to put him on the list whatever proof the people had against him must've been enough to prove that he was a scammer
