Just read beginner tuts, dont read advancted tuts yet, since you dont know all the tools.
i would say just mess around with different tools now to get to learn photoshop a bit more...

I like to atmo and effects, but it seems like you just pissed through the adjustment layers.
I think if you spent a bit more time on them this would look far better.
I like it though anyway.
