I know im not Intermediate yet, but i was classed on Sigtutorials and GfxResource and PP as Moderate-High Moderate.

Pretty cool, I think you should move onto something more, now that you have some artistic talent. Mm, why not try some full on graphic designing? :0 My friend is studying graphic design currently, and he has a lot of awesome stuff. As I said before somewhere, graphic design targets a more creative aspect. Rude though you have a point perhaps. One may argue that classifying one's level is more opinion oriented. My point being, OP has demonstrated that he already has a grasp of the tools, quite a bit of creativity, and a mind set for what may perhaps look good/appeal to people. That being said, I'm merely classing him as ready for the next step. Someone needs a happy meal and a hug. é_é
