combat arms pics show a box with an x on it

Hey, My combat arms pics like "rank symbols" are not showing. All it shows is a box with "x" on the top right corner. I really need help to get this box thing away and show the real picture! Anyone wanna help me with steps?

Try a different web browser.
Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera...

That happen to me too and still idk how to fix it....
Probably a bug or glitch... also my player profile is messed up as well....
They will fix it eventually i think during October fix or you can send a ticket.

try doing a System Restore if you haven’t done so already. This is when you delete some browsing things and it clears out the memory Just go to tools and delete the previous if this doesnt work try a internet the creater used. Or it may just be broken

wait i miss read didnt know it was on your web browser maybe u need like adobe flash player or you java needs to be up graded see if there is any updates avalible on your computer
