We talked about this in my english 11A class today, so I wanted to ask about it here.

A debate topic that is so two-sided its crazy. But I wanted to see what the thoughts of the people of MPGH are.

Topic: Are you Anti-War, or Pro-war? Why or why not?

I don't like war, people die, but I hate the protesters against war.

Not only do soldiers put their lives on the line, they live in harsh conditions with intense discipline and they have to leave their home and family, to fight for us.

If there was another world war, I would most likely join, because I couldn't stay here and watch while other people fight for us. But in New Zealand, we hardly get involved.

If it comes down to it, 'war' can be necessary. If your home was being attacked, is it logical to take it, or enforce peace?

I feel the same way about it.
I asked that question to see how you felt about it, cause you seem to me, like the most intelligent of the "debaters" here.
As I said in the OP, we were asked this question during a debate in class a few days ago, and I felt like I should ask you that same question, as well as other people on MPGH, to see what your guys' reactions were.
