how much exp can u get a day?

my friend said hes doing 100k exp a day hes on maybe 3 hours
so i was wondering how much exp u could get a day in 5-10 hours?
wat mode would give me the most exp per hour
i will be using 25% and 40% passes
saving 100% and 200% for when i feel like no lifing cabin for a week at 6k exp a game

the most efficient way is probably Quarantine. But I prefer Cabin much better.

Bombing Run is the best mode to play for EXP, may take long but you end up with 2k - 20k if you do really good. + Passes

I get 8K average for bombing run and i play 20 games of br a day. I end up leveling twice in one day. I just got to 1LT1 in the morning now i'm %70
