I think the more experienced members (you know who you are) should retain from entering to give those new people coming here a chance to win. It;s kind of pointless to hold this contest if people dont have much of a chance in winning. Jussayin.

Hold another contest for Tag of the month/week for those who are better, just for bragging rights i guess for now.

How is it not stupid already. You're in a competition in which you have no competition. Atleast this way you would be competing against people at your level. SOTW was designed/reinstated to bring people to this section. I'm just saying. You can say its stupid all you want but it's even stupider to put an expert against a beginner.

I can't stop you from entering I'm just saying...We need other people outside the normal people from this section to actually win to show others that there is a chance of actually winning.

Unfortunately there is no fair way to really go about it.
Though I will say, that losing might make people try harder to win,
people that got raped in the sotw might be urged to post their work for critique so they can improve.
