    i believe its an effect on sony vegas i know how to do it but im too lazy to look at my vegas if i get time i will anyway u making a montage or something?

    You can use a sony vegas effect, but if you're using avs video editor, cracked version, you can mess with the "ripple" effect and change the aspect ratios and quantities. Its a good effect for jumpshots and ending kills.
