Use a vector mask and get a soft brush with like 40-50% opacity and remove the shit on the lower arm,whatever you did with the flame looking shit go to that layer make blend in with the color of the rest of that side, Also nothing on that side blended with eachother, first there is red then there is pink, the blue????????? also try to use a clipping mask for the back part of the head to kinduf blend the hair with the pink behind it and that should help the dark lighting on on face
