Okay just now I checked my banned account and they finally responded. Nexon finally unbanned my legitimate account.

It took them 4 months just to answer...

Actually the first ticket I sent in got responded to in like 2 days then my ban ticket took months...maybe they ignore ban appeal ones.

Actually, first ticket I sent took like 4 month to open, and like 1 month to investigate and reply and stuff... so basically 5 month, but eventually got banned on tht cuz of using "illegal programs"...

Ah that suxs man...they unbanned me because they had no evidence, just suspicious activity. And that account is legitimate aside from the fact that I used the transformation exploit.

lol my very first account that got banned took them 1 yr to unban it. I never played it after that but long time. . .

As for my account with lvl 70 karok, surprised it never got banned when i accidentally killed 1 of the new raid boss's in less than a minute.

@Pie when mine was banned like probably 4 month from now i sent a ticket, and they replied about a week later saying they won't unban it, it had like a shit load of spawned nx items. Also the message was "log in from website" so do you think if i didn't ask i might have been able to get my account back? Or was it perma all along . I have Vindictus uninstalled now so i can't check.
