Well, I think so, because when making account, it only let me make account if it was somewhere in EU, so I guess there would be IP restrictions.... but we will have to wait and watch

-facepalm- It's obvious. If there was no IP block it would be an international game, but it's not, therefore there is an IP block for countries outside of Europe even some countries within it like *Cough* Turkey.
