On a moral level, the picture consisted entirely of formatted text and isn't on the same level as a photograph or something of that nature. As far as your rules go I've added text so it is no longer just an image. Move it back please.

Just because it's entirely of formatted text, doesn't mean it's not an image.

An image is considered anything of such as .jpg .bmp .gif (etc)

So just because the picture has words in it, doesn't mean it's considered "text"
