    i cant use cs4 until i get my new comp it wont let me install it on this comp i have now it dont have enough ram you need 1 GB i only have 756MB so i cant use cs4 -.-

    i think msn ran an article about things that were overerated/underrated.

    they did run an article... and paint.net is the program that is similar to photoshop cs4 free
