its OK, the render and whole image seems a bit too grainy for this style.
I dont nessicerily like the peace and white things.
I like the area around the neck and torso though.
edit without grainy effect hopefully
focal didnt turn out that well. but still. love it.

Grainy, perfect word. Yes, too grainy. This kind of sig needs to be smooth and flowing, with a lot of smooth motion.
i know thats why it said focal didnt come out right. i needed to sharpen it but it turned out to blurry and when it was sharpened it was too sharped soo i said wat the hell cuase i was really just practicing on my pen tooling.

Here: Blur the fuck out of everything except the render. Will make it a whole lot better.
i thought the key thing was to avoid blurs

I was being kind of sarcastic, but you need to blur the background to bring out the focal more, in this.
Also do some burning and dodging for some depth.
