2- A member with this ip (---------) provocate me and insult dave (if want i provide you of screens)

first of all if you wanna report someone you got to have some prof.

second of all it doesn't matter if you are donator and VIP you have to follow same rules.

Third of all you should put rules in your site saying to not advertise its your falt that people are advertising your website in here!

You advertised under an alt, actually multiple times. You will not be unbanned.

Dragonttak was linked to several accounts that have been banned for advertising. It is also linked to the account that spammed MPGH recently, which resulted in your ban. If Dragonttak is linked to you that is all we need to validate this ban. I can say with 99% certainty that you are the one who has been advertising...
