If your copying, don't.
I honestly don't care about songs, but like i said: dubstep and techno are pretty limited if they have no words.
Yeah I saw that spiral one, it made me want to redo. :L
That video makes mine look so embarassing.
I think imma use the same song though, whats your opiniono n that.

You see how the lyrics match the video.
When he says : "You are loved" you see scenes of hugging, holding hands and kissing and crap.
"dont give up" You see people fighting, or hiding behind something
"when darkeness blinds you, i will shine..." You see someones eyes opening up.
just match the lyrics with the scenes and im sure your next AMV will be awesome xD.
Oh and see you how the ending fades white its a good way to end it lol.

With out starting a dub vs sub war, give me a good reason on this. I personally think that dubbed audio can work if it fits the theme, like say doing a bleach amv to the song "break" right after the chorus you could throw in the scene where ichigo apologizes to byakuya, after the hollow side took control, in the eng version and it will sound fine. Now clearly if it does not fit it should not be done, and some characters should never be used with the dub version such as the boy from eureka 7.
No. Dub will never work in an AMV. Suggest the idea that it does and I'll piss all over it.
While i agree with you that the audio from the anime should not be used I cant agree with dubed being out of place, especially in AMVs made with English songs. Granted there are a lot of bad dubs out there and to put that audio in a AMV is a shame but i have seen videos where it worked. I wish i could link them to show what i mean but i cant seem to find them anymore.
I will stop this discussion here because I really don't want this to start a dub vs sub war, I just dislike it when people close their mind to things instantly with out giving it any real thought.
Any actual audio is uneeded. Dub mainly because everyone watches anime in Japanese/subs. Which could also be a minus if you only watch dub and someone put in subs.
What you SHOULD do is lip sync the animation to the song. You'd be surprised how many amvs do a better job lip syncing than dub though.
Yeah i saw a lip syncing one and it was pretty cool.
Anyways let this thread die, working on new one.
Might be a while cause I'm not going to be slack with the editing.
