Yes,the payment method is paypal, and on the note of it being safe, the only person that could do anything with the payment procedure is you, and tat would be to request a refund, which paypal would then handle.
I can't do anything with it besides refuse it, return it, or accept it.
and I have no reason to do the first two of those :P

What is the approximate in-game value for those 3 items?

3 star thorn ring is selling for less than 100k, so that leaves each berserker worth about 15m; Since +10 G/V Rakum with 2bind and 127 dura that I bought was 50m, I assume the +11 staff for 130m (?) given it's durability and 1bind left.

Now buying them individually is one thing and strip them from your toon is another, I'm not desperate in buying those anytime soon, so it's really up to you if you want to sell.

Well, you've still yet to say what you would offer for the items combined, so I'm not going to just be all "yeah, let's do it" without knowing what exactly you're wanting to do now would I :P
Also, there's a few people that have expressed interest both inside, and outside of this thread, no one specifically stated that they WANTED it except for @evieopness, and they're the only ones that gave an offer and said "I will take it."
Evie has noted that payment isn't an issue, just the security of said method, which doesn't really make a lot of sense to me since paypal's the most secure way I could think of; and obviously if I were going to scam people I'd have done it by now.
I don't NEED the money, I've got plenty sitting around (spent 250 dollars on cleaning supplies for my house ten minutes ago) I'm just not all that attached to the account anymore, and am considering selling it, that's why I made this thread. To see what it's worth to people, and know what kind of offers I could expect IF I decide to sell it.

That's the purpose of making the thread is to get multiple offers.
Stripping the account is absolutely POINTLESS since I'd have to unbind each item, and that would cost me money to make money.
That's the point of selling the account. To cut the losses out of the transaction and give something to someone that wants it.

You expressed interest, and at this point are the only one that explicitly stated you wanted it, you just seem to have issues with the actual method of payment to get it.
