Infraction error?

When i try to look at my infractions this comes up any one know why?

I think you were trying to look at the post/reason on your infractions profile page. It will say "Hidden, Register to view..." That means the post has been deleted. If you click "register" which I know you did, it will say that message because it will redirect you to register page and you can't register with an account logged in.
