Is there a way to spawn weapon of choice?

I know nothing about making hacks. Im just saying that from now. XD
Anyways...
I wanted to know if there was a way to make a hack that could spawn any weapon of your choice infront of you instead of just whats on the map.
Imagine the ways you could play with this kind of thing.
M4a1 sopmods.
M32s
Miniguns.
Super Spy Launchers.
Medkits.
The works.
Even if its impossible...It would be fun wouldnt it? ^_^

You can only do this via mod but only on training. Other than that it won't.
