Berzerker ... it's a DLL,but it may be undetected. If it's DLL it doesn't mean it's detected. Maybe it'll get detected in few months.
And no,i didn't find a way to disable recoil yet. I'll try to fix it

You must have Steam version of MW2
You must activate the Loader.exe then start the game
Once you are in game go back to windows and click "Inject" on the loader.
Find a match and you should see boxes etc.
