Load 2 mods at Once?

Ok so i was thinking about combining ZombieX mod with PeZBOTWAW Bots. I am using the desktop shortcuts. This is the one for the bots:

"D:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\CoDWaWmp.exe" +set fs_game "mods/PeZBOTWAW"

And this is the ZombieX:

"D:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\CoDWaWmp.exe" +set fs_game "mods/zombieX"

So how would i load both up at the same time?

it is possible to use bots in zomx i saw it many times contact jj2gamer search loco zombiex forum on google and take the 3th result gamingrealm

btw im a loco zombiex admin
