Okay, Now any of yall who read my first thread "Fuck Doctors) or something to that effect, know whats going on with my back...if not, this is for yall..


Back story; Got Shermans Disease out of no where that totally fucked my back, changed everything..doctors saying i'm disabled, doctors saying I'm not...Fighting for disability...trying to raise a 2 yr old daughter (since i cant find a job now)...

Now that i got you up to date, lets go with what has happen since my last rage/flame post.. I got my final hearing in-front of a judge for my disability claim. There was a Vocational examiner, a Medical examiner, a Judge, My Lawyer and Myself..They listened to my case, from my self and my attorney. Then they talked about even thou my pain levels (8..9..sometimes 10, on regular) was normal, my restrictions as listed;

No Lifting from floor to knee
No Lifting above My Head
No Bending
No Twisting
Limited Standing
Limited Walking
Lift 0lbs Freq.
Lift 5lbs Occs.

Are the normal but yet they feel that I can find a job still, even thou I have no experience or education in these jobs they listed. and some of the job duties are listed above my limitations. They also state that my age is a major factor (25) because im just "To Young for benefits" which makes no sense at ALLLLL....So, they turned me down, they went against 3 doctors (one is a professor at IU) and say Im not disabled.

So, Being the strong willed person I am, I go look for a job at the 4 places they listed. Guess what 3 of them said? "We can't hire anyone with your limitations." The last one still hasn't called back even after 4 calls backs from myself to check on the status of my application.

I call My Attorney with the news of the 4 jobs and he informs me, "We still have no case", I ask him how with all the doctors saying I am and now the 4 jobs they said i can work are turning me down... his quick but short anwser "Your still young thou", he then goes to inform me "Off the record... SSA does wanna pay you for the next 50 yrs" So, I guess Im fucked, I guess the goverment doesnt care unless im in whellchair and i cant raise my daughter...smh, FUCK EM SLOW IN THE BUTTHOLE, NO LUBE, NOT EVEN ANY SPIT! JUST RAW DICK IN THE BUTTHOLE!
