That bug is normal, may happen to everyone who has been infracted. I'm not sure but it happens when you're infracted in a post and the Moderator/Admin delete the post after he gives you the infraction...

We delete your posts after being infracted, to prevent people from thinking it's okay and report already dealt with post.
