Hello guys i have 2 questions

I use Visual Basic/C++ Express and i have registered them.
So here is my first question. If i make a format on my PC, can i register them again with another e-mail or it is for one use each IP ?

And my second question:

Why not making in the Programming-Visual Basic section the following threads sticky?

Bazookaboy is a sticky whore, and if you have the regristration key, you should be able to have it on multiple computers

The hole think i am meaning is that Bazookaboy made 2 shares of 2 books for Visual Basic. Why not make them sticky threads on Programming-VB section?

Is that so hard to understand ?

yair's post was not spam. Just short answers. The books don't need to be stickied, a simple search will find them just find and they are publicly available on the internet anyway.

And VC++, VB.NET and VC# are all free to download from microsoft anyway.
