All of the people above are giving answers to someone with a static IP address. If he has a dynamic IP address, all he has to do is shut his router and modem off for about ten seconds, go onto his computer, open CMD, flush his dns, and renew the dns, as well as turn the router and modem back on. Boom fresh IP.
