Help selecting a video card plox.

Im undecisive about these two beasts. the Nvidia Geforce GTX 590 - 3GHz MEM (3GB) version and the ATI Radeon HD 6990 - 5GHz MEM (4GB).

the reason im parring even though the price is the same are the ports which are available/// while the geforce has 3 DVI the Radeon just has 1 port i can connect to the rest are all HDMI(-mini). and for the use of:: GFX/Video editting/Long video memory/Games and best of all high 3d functionallity

For 750USD(560 EU) i find it reasonally prized i think it's way under my budget even with import costs. (650 euro's)

Hmm cuda cores are handy for 3d processing .. and probably - 3 way split screen in the near futre would be sweet too.

No not really but is the mars really smart to purchase / besides wasn't it sold out?

- i think i can limit my cash to 870/900 USD max, im planning 1 national 1 international lan party + gamescom and 2 trips(iternship and anime-con) to forein country's so i should preserve some cash as this is my limit.

Ah nvm i saw the price tag of $1499... maybe if i sell both my older video cards i can raise about 100-200 euro's (arround 125-250 usd more and another 200usd of my last pay ).

hmm i should messure the length's too.. with my current set up with the sli 9800GTX+ which where arround 27-30+ cm long they didnt fit in my armor jr case... which is quite large. (i had to put 1 card in a bay of mini hdd's 2.5inch and take out the entire 3.5 inch bay.
